进来之后没有系统的培训

没有良好的技术/相关工作需要要求等知识的讲解

只是有工作就做，无工作网上随便看看

找不到方向，不知道如何成长及如何定位（也许以后会慢慢发觉和发现）

就在这样的情况下，

我的这些为工作忙碌而有些迷茫的同事，应该不算是新人了吧，在公司呆了近一年

当我偶尔路过，看着他们电脑屏幕上的出现的网页，让我有种冲动，想和他们分享下我之前走过的一些路，如何更明白自己的一些定位
